Halifax Branches

There are few retail portfolios that can command such an array of prime shopping centre and high street locations. The sale of the Halifax Ireland branches represents a great opportunity for expanding retailers, and is arguably one of the most important sales of a retail portfolio in over a decade. There are shops in most major towns and cities; most of them are fully fitted shops with shop-fronts, and as such represent an easy entry-point for retailers. With the exception of one unit all locations are held leasehold. These units are held under a variety of lease types and rental agreements, and we would emphasise our openness to having discussions with all interested purchasers. We will require landlord’s consent in some cases and in the case of others may need to facilitate ‘subject to planning’ deals – but everything is open for consideration.
